Love the old golf clubhouse setup

I keep wanting to like this place. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Unfortunately the food gets worse everytime I go. The quality of the entrees definitely does not justify the price. I ordered the fish tacos (supposedly made with rockfish, but I have my doubts) the fish flavor was very strong and the pineapple salsa tasted as though they bought tomato salsa and added pineapple. If you go I suggest you order a very simple dish like a hamburger. Everytime I order a more complex dish I am left thinking I can make this better at home.

Casual atmosphere, good food, great view

Enjoyed our 20th Anniversary meal at the Clubhouse tonight, food and service was amazing, the firepits up against the sunset over the lake was breathtaking, Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Space we rented was great but was missing the key for the sound system. Contacted them and they are making it right.

Amazing food and service

The clubhouse is nice, the waitstaff is always friendly. The food however is just "ok" most of the time.

I love my bi-weekly silk nail fills with Young!

I find the Clubhouse to be an excellent venue for eating, drinking, and meeting new friends. I have the onion rings most every time I go and they are wonderful, as is the rest of the food. Bartenders and servers are the best!

We enjoyed the food, loved the raspberry margarita. The unicorn fish was superb. Nice view. Was able to snap a picture of the sunset. Great atmosphere...beautiful sunset.

The outdoor deck has a panoramic view of the lake. You can't go wrong with the ahi tuna on salad, quesadillas or prime rib. There's a special place in my heart for the soft pretzel appetizer and the fruity dessert. The waitresses rock, and the manager is attentive. 5 stars.

Great service, top notch staff, excellent food.

This spot is my favored. I go to many restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very friendly and the cooking they serve is so good. I would always prefer to have a good dinner here. Highly recommended.

Great place to go if you are looking for a good meal at a reasonable price. $4 chicken tenders? You can’t beat that! What you can beat is the service. They are on the slower side and can take a bit longer. If you don’t mind the wait it’s a great place to stop by!

Another great place to eat unfortunately it's a gated community

The gym seemed very good for what it was and I totally dig the all hours access. Still have yet to visit the restaurant, but I hear good things about that as well (particularly the bison burgers). The whole place is situated on the lake and so it is lovely on the whole. Definitely recommended.

Nice place. We we're visiting some friends who have a place there. The clubhouse was very new and clean.

Actually changing my previous five star review. We ordered take out chicken wraps which were obviously not fresh chicken, cold, hard, and tasted horribly. Also, our order was jacked up. My wife called “Eric”, the manager and told him of this. He was defensive and said the chicken is cooked fresh everyday.... I used to be a line cook, this was NOT fresh, more like expired foos lion pre cooked chicken strips... I hate to say it, never going to our clubhouse again!

Great food. Very efficient and friendly staff. Great outdoor seating (weather permitting). Reasonably priced. Full bar too.

Very friendly, and very good service. I kind of wish the Bar was open a little later on Monday, Thursday, & Sunday Night football.. Being that there are NO Other Bars in the Area....might make an "AfterHours" Bar at my House around corner...???

The setting is beautiful, food and staff excellent, such a nice place to have afternoon lunch!!

The staff were excellent and the atmosphere and food were really good!

The food was subpar for someone such as my self, but reception was fantastic and carried this rating to a five star. The hostess Emma was welcoming in a warm, cozy manner, and the waiter, Rachel, brought me my food quickly and made polite and entertaining conversation. These two girls really made my day, and if I could I would give them a raise.

Good food good atmosphere

Service here is good but the food is average at best. Rockfish tasted salty, overcooked and previously frozen. No flavor of it's own.

Loved it! Great place to wind down and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Sierra was a wonderful bartender and server. She has an excellent personality and smile!

I had dinner with my sister. The food was good, a bit pricey IMHO. The rooms reminded me of a hotel conference area. The lake view is nice. They automatically include the gratuity on every check, I didn't know that was a thing for individual checks.

Pricey for the quality. They have the potential to be much better!!

We really like the Sunday brunch buffet at the clubhouse. It's great for the whole family. They have a good selection and the view of the lake from the clubhouse is great. We especially liked the shrimp Mac and cheese.

I went as a guest. Very nice.

Friendly, welcoming with amazing views!

Every time I’m in this club house memories of past summers flood back. My grandparents were founders of Lake of the Woods in the early 1970’s. 50 years later I’m bringing my granddaughter to brunch. The staff is always welcoming and prompt. The clubhouse (1 & 2) has gone through many changes and is up to date and comfortable. I love seeing it year after year.

Need Vegan menu options. No excuse for such a large community. Even Burger King and Sheetz have options now, no excuse.

Good spot good for the family we had are company picnic out there it was a good Atmosphere and loved the beach!!

The inconsistency of this venue is legendary to the point where I've given up and just order burgers. Sadly, they can't even get that right. The medium burger I ordered tonight was well done and the onion rings were so over-cooked you could crush them between your fingers into powder. We all want to be nice and support this amenity, but I can no longer do that until the amenity takes pride in what they do and delivers quality dishes.

Visited my parents here for the first time since they moved to VA. The clubhouse had breathtaking views of the lake paired with delicious food and top notch service. I would highly HIGHLY recommend them!

Manager Ryan has taken the clubhouse to new upper heights. The food and service is spectacular. The food is great and creative. I love the variety of delicious choices. It is fresh seafood , vegan choices, steaks, and layers of flavors! Bravo to the chef and mgt.
